Complaint from Jasmine James Jacksonville, ARover 1 year agoHorrible my grandma been staying there for over 5 years and now they want to keep Changing the lease every time they get a new manager they changing the lease and keep trying scam my grandmother who is elderly out of money at first they was paying water and sewer with rent now they trying to do everything separate which is not right when she is in the middle of her lease that is 5 years
